I think your assessment lacks 1 big factor to OSRS will not do anything unconventional until RuneScape closes down. People has power over RuneScape in an (if I may say) unhealthy way. I have 100% trust on the staff they are commited to possess the RS gold old school vibe going on I believe they should do some content. The most fun I had back then was logging in and seeing. Now.. Nothing is new. What's polled, people must have a hand in everything, and small groups will vote down other minor groups to a point won't ever reach in content RuneScape needs to flourish.

RS3 IS SUCCESSFUL. Don't doubt that. Take off EoC, also MTX, which game is possibly IMO the runescape can be. Why divert from it because you still require the nostalgia element? I want new abilities. I would like to see what's on Menaphos, I want to Sail east. I need one to have reworked. I want content which proceed RuneScape ahead, and I can not care less If we've my vote on it. Even Raids 1 is 3m gp/hr (assuming you visit tbows on fall rate, else its 2m kekw) unless you're alting with tbows along with 300+ kcers. Tob is 6m/hr+ but just because it is very exclusive (and still relatively fresh ); learning it is somewhat as frustrating/time consuming as studying inferno with the principal distinction being that inferno learning curve is a little steeper. Most OSRS managers are like gwd, vorkath and zulrah are just exceptions. I'd really like to see these nostalgic hardcore reddit pvmers go 20 hours of bandos 3 man trying to make cash for whatever dream gear update and earn 15m in splits and call it a fun game when they might have had 60m performing zulrah/vork and go to have the time of their lifetime loving their gps. My point is that: there should be exceptionally lucrative managers in RuneScape.

It makes the grind rewarding and it motivates players to better their pvm skills that's a whole facet of RuneScape unto itself. There's no way to earn bosses as profitable as zulrah or even vorkath without making them highly exclusive such as tob (very few folks would take you for first 10kc and you'll get rid of 30m+ just learning and always wiping with low kc teams until you see a drop), create them fall super strong rares such as the tbow or dex scrolls (which include 70% of profit from Cox collectively ), or make them drop supplies. So between these 3 choices either 99%of this community is excluded, or we receive anything fall 20% or powercreep, or the cost of your magic logs. P.s. I do not mind adding magic fishing rods or what have you but they will literally do nothing for vorkath because he effectively has zero uniques and also for zulrah the sole reason the boss will retain most of its gain after your proposed drop table is because scales are worth half of the non-unique loot or more iirc.

This whole post makes no sense. RS3 was ruined using a"revolutionary update" so asserting OSRS is after that content version is ridiculous. "Let's get revolutionary by going back into a 20 year old development philosophy on the classic servers of an present game". OSRS' worst quality is the player base.
