Solution: Communicate with the manufacturer when processing and ordering the optical fiber distribution box, let the manufacturer know what kind of optical fiber distribution box he wants, and ask the manufacturer to make samples, and then ask the manufacturer to carry out mass production after acceptance.  And when the products enter the factory, they will be checked strictly according to the standards and installed after they are confirmed qualified.

Question 2: The wood used in the fiber distribution box of optical cable has not been treated with flame retardant.

Consequences: If the fiber distribution box of optical cable is used in humid and dusty environment, the wood in the box is very easy to rot, causing electric leakage;  In addition, wooden cases are not treated with flame retardant, which is also very easy to cause fire and affect the surrounding environment.

Solution: In order to ensure safe use, the wood used in the distribution box must be treated with flame retardant.

Question 3: The installation of the optical cable distribution box is not firm enough, and the elevation does not meet the requirements. When it is installed in dark, the periphery of its panel cannot cling to the wall.

Consequences: The installation elevation of the optical cable distribution box is not in conformity with the regulations, the installation is not firm, the box is not vertical, and when the box is installed in darkness, the peripheral edge of the panel is not close to the wall surface, which affects the use function and has a bad impression.

Solution: The elevation of the optical fiber distribution box shall meet the design requirements. When designing its standard, the standard height of the bottom edge of the optical fiber distribution box from the ground shall be 1.5 meters.

The installation of the optical cable distribution box shall be firm, and the verticality of the installation shall allow deviation, but shall not be greater than 3mm. In case of dark installation, there shall be no gap around the optical cable distribution box, and the periphery of the panel shall be tightly attached to the wall.

Question 4: The lines in the optical cable distribution box are scattered and not tidied up.

Consequences: If the lines in the optical cable distribution box are messy, the two-layer board in the box presses the pipe orifice tightly, which will affect the entry of wires into the group. If the wires are squeezed in reluctantly, the insulation layer of the wires will be damaged over time, thus causing short circuit.

Solution: When the optical fiber cable distribution box of optical cable is made of metal plate, it must be treated with rust prevention and corrosion prevention.  Electrogas welding is not allowed to be used to open the outlet holes in the box. One pipe is needed for each hole. The metal box holes must be well protected before threading.
